That Dalai Lama – smart guy.  His statement, as quoted in this meme, is absolutely correct.  It’s also something that far too many people either completely ignore, never learned, or forget any time they need an easy excuse for something wrong in their life.  Let’s talk about this a little bit and see just how harmful it can be if you fail to accept responsibility for your own happiness.
